Do you just pull your body toward the pole using the form you had in the picture? I feel I didn't go as fast as I could, but I was trying to concentrate on my form at least initially.
I'm getting calluses just from yesterday trying out form and kind of warming up and then today doing L1D1. Will gloves help that?
