Rest week cont'd

L2D2 - off the clock, focused on form.

Pullups were 3, 3, 2-1, 2-1, 1-1-1. Pushups and squats were straight thru for every round. I'm pleased with the 2 rounds of 3 consecutive pullups, my previous max was 2 at a time.

Either tonight or Friday night I'll do a proper test of my max in pullups, pushups and squats.

Great job on the 'straight through' pull ups. Mine always seem to get sloppy after a while and I swing my body to assist with momentum on the last few. One of these days I'm going to force myself to take each one slow, and see how many I can do for real.

I decided to mix it up and go with another L4D1 instead of D3 (pretty sure I wasn't ready for D3 anyways). I kinda messed up my count though so I either did 27 rounds or 30. :?

Sounds like you and I are right at the same level. My numbers are very similar to yours. I plan to do my first L4D3 tomorrow. I'll be anxious to see how you compare.

I started using the log but have been slacking off on it lately...

L4D3 - 5:51

Last few pullups barely deserved to be called pullups but still thats a little over 30 sec better than my last D3 attempt.
