Thanks! I'm glad that She's wanting to get to work, although there are people here who are TONS more inspirational than I could ever hope to be.
I don't think I would change anything about the way I work out. If I fail to outdo my previous session, i accept it without letting it get me down. I just do what I can and am satisfied with that. I'm not on any sort of time pressure after all.
If there's one thing I would like to do differently is to comment on everyone elses's workout logs more. Knowing that there's a crowd that will read and comment on your workouts makes you sort of accountable... I've been "enjoying" that sort of accountability, but I havne't been returning the favor.

It's a new (bad) record!
L2D2: 8:50. (3 pullups/7 pushups/13 squats)
I was doing my best to do dead hang pullups. Sometimes I succeeded, more often I had to put my foot on the doorknob or tap my toes against the floor for just a few extra pounds of oomph to get me started.
I also worked on my boat all day long, so I was worn out to start with.
And I STILL have tor read 30 pages for an 8:30 AM class.

I appear to have injured my foot.
Late last week, i was hobbling around on Thur or Fri, and it hasn't gotten any better. Maybe it's a stone bruise or something... I don't SEE a problem, but it hurts like hell when I put weight on it.
I'm going to the doc after class today. Hooray for school clinics.
I guess I'll just work on pullups and pushups this week.

Started getting perilously close to falling off the front page.
Law school started, and I haven't worked out. But I started back again today.
W11L2D1 22 rounds.
I did pullups every single time. THey weren't QUITE dead-hang; I put myself in a bit of a body row position, and may have given a slight push with my feet. I also switched to girly pushups around 12 or 13 or so.
My weight, chest, and waist are all unchanged since a month ago. I want to change that for the NEXT time I check those numbers in a month.

Running.
5 klicks
4 laps
3 miles
48:34
I started out strong, running in the rain... I was imagining my own "Rocky"esque montage.
By the end, I was merely tired and soaking wet. Looks better in the movies than in real life.
I wound up walking the last couple of laps, just in an effort to still do 3 miles rather than give up.
