No running today either ( I might be getting a bit lazy  )

Did L1D2: 3.18 min ( with 3 min breaks between rounds; felt strong on the pullups today)

No running today

L1D3: 3.47 min ( 3 pullups in a row but they made my muscle explode for the rest of the workout :( )

Urup, you're cruising along. Thinking of moving up to Level 2 next week?

Thanks Kevin

Guess I got a little to bold. The first two pullsups went ok so i thought why not go for 3 or 4.. But I will try and stick to your advice from now on :)

By the way... the progress I have made so far doing this program is amazing.. when I did L1D3 the first time I never thought I would be able to do it in under 5 min a month later... and to top it off I even have some muscle to show off again...

Never had this kind of progress training in a fitness center.. You have done an amazing job putting this program together.. :D

Hey Keith

Actually I have already been through level 2 and 3, just never did day 3 of them in under 5 min.. but then again a month a go I couldn't do day 3 of level one in under 5 min either. So I might start on level 3 again this time include workout 2 and 3.. so the entire routine including restweek will take about a month.. and then level up until I reach level 4 or 5... then I might start working towards getting under the 5 min..

Got inspired by aussiechick today and did a tabata sprint..ran between 110 meters and 90 meters every time.. the legs felt good but my lungs felt like they would burst.. Nice workout!

And did a 40 min walk in brisk pace

Running hard and fast to avoid being eaten might be a good skill to have.. I might have to try that. On the other hand, my daddy always said the good Lord only gives so many heart-beats; don't waste 'em joggin'.
