Guess I got a little to bold. The first two pullsups went ok so i thought why not go for 3 or 4.. But I will try and stick to your advice from now on :)
By the way... the progress I have made so far doing this program is amazing.. when I did L1D3 the first time I never thought I would be able to do it in under 5 min a month later... and to top it off I even have some muscle to show off again...
Never had this kind of progress training in a fitness center.. You have done an amazing job putting this program together.. :D
