Hiya, sorry for the late reply. Been too busy as of late. Kdo I bought a simple Walmart special vest with the 0.9 pound inserts. Nothin fancy.
Almost bought an 80 lbs vest from Play It Again Sports but it was a dollar per pound heh. Also don't believe I'm gonna need 80 lbs anytime soon.
Today L4D13
5:08 Son of a @#%%.
I was cruising through it too. Fatigued to quick on pushups I'm afraid.
Too close anyway. I'm gonna cheat and move up heh.

Heh that would be a good T-shirt slogan. "Healthy Crazy"
been at the inlaws so I improvised. While everyone was wandering around the yard picking butterbeans I was finding different trees to do 3 round sets of pullups. Lost count on that one cause I kept getting interrupted but it probably wasn't more than 20 ish. Not sure.
Anyway went and ran an old dirt road that brought back some memories. Last time I ran that I had just met my future wife and was visiting her parents. *cough 22 years ago *cough.
Anyway ran for 12 minutes probably a 9 minute mile pace then did sprints. Went kinda like this:
Sprint one minute
Jog one minute
Walk one minute (walked to see how low I could get the heart rate and determine if I could sprint faster) {seemed to work}
rinse and repeat. Ran that for 4 rounds and ended up back where I started. believed I dropped the run time until I did the math. Interesting how you can run one way and feel like you only warmed up, change it, do the same distance, and be so much more tired. God I love this stuff!!
Nice and quiet too. Would love to move back to NC I think... heh.
