Ha!! Joshin'
W8:L2:D2 - 6:15
Pushed harder today. Mostly because I wanted to finish so I could go to the beach! Now that is impetus! I love being an unemployed bum. Four more weeks until my exam results, and then, if all is well - which it is, I can start working. Hoorah!
How you all doing? Have a beautiful day!

I realize I just said, "you all" implying that I'm country, if even mildly. For the record I'm not. Just so we're clear.

Yeah, it took about an hour and a half, inclusive of my four stops (one for bus tickets just in case I didn't make it, one for the washroom, one at my optometrist to pick up some lenses, and get some bandaids to cover the blisters that had developed under my flip flop strap [I don't know why I thought it would be saavy to walk 7 km in flip flops], and one to buy veggies for the picnic I was going to). Not the worst. A grand day, infact.
Hey!
Finally back to my shower stall, although today was a make shift body row day. I've been away from exercise for 8 days aside from a couple hikes (that were pretty good pushes mind you - especially when I got lost and started heading downhill instead of uphill and when I realized that I was hiking away from the picturesque view from these bluffs, I got to climb the mountain again), and was a little nervous about today.
W9:L2:D3 - 5:45. I'm surprised that it is not that different from the last time I attempted it. But there was some huffin' and some puffin' during those last 6 push-ups.
Because I've been in school nonstop since I started as a weeee sapling and was, after my liscencing exams, burned out to the point that I couldn't even speak properly, I'm taking a mental vacation this fall (camping, visits with family, trips to my summer camp, trips back to Ontario) which has fragmented my exercise / eating routine. I've gained some weigh back, which stresses me out, which makes me eat, which perpetuates the cycle. Oy! Needless to say, I'm not exactly where I want to be physically, but I'm sure it will come back together. All is well. I'll just do my best and (simple)fit (cue laugh track) in what I can. Today was a good start.
okee, time for a sailing adventure!

'Allo
W10:L2:D1 - 29 rounds.
I felt like folding my laundry in between rounds woulda had a rugged effect on my score, but apparently not.
First two rounds were shower stall pull ups. Subsequent rounds were shower stall poser ups subbed 3:1. Pushups were elbows in. Squats were plain today.
Time for ... oh... lets see... the beach!
