Simplefit has a life of its own!

Post by Admin » Sat Sep 08, 2007 10:16 am

Super busy at work and away from the board most of the time but looking around at all the great progress the support and camaraderie I see simplefit is alive and well, what an awesome community you guys kick arse!

I remember when simplefit first went online it was just tumble weeds for months on end and I would beg my family members to post to make it look less dead and they would just chuckle and look at me with this sad expression now it is hard to keep track of all the cool stuff you guys are doing.

free fitness for everybody!

I guess its a little like watching your baby grow up!

Thanks again for starting this great site and community Kevin! It is your great attitude and support for everyone that attracted other helpful and supportive members, you set the tone for us all.

The workouts are simple and fun and they produce results, the advice from you guys in the forum is truly helpful, but I think the best thing about is the positive atmosphere. Who wouldn't want to be part of a community like that?

Due in part to the fun I've been having with the simplefit routine, I signed up for a duathlon that took place yesterday. run 2 miles, bike 14 miles, then run another 2 miles. I did it in 1 hour and 32 minutes. I had fun doing it too (except for the first 2 minutes of the last run :x ).
