At first I was attracted to the great workouts and having definite plan to follow.

Now I stay because of the fantastic support and camaraderie from all the members!

I just love how simple it is :D Before I tried this I worked out at a gym like 3 times a week and 3 times as long as I do this and I didn't at all get the same results as I do now although I've only been doing SF for a few weeks. Also it's so motivating to read what others are doing and keeping workout and food logs because they keep me on track!
And of course what Aussichick's saying, all the support and advice also keep me going, it's very motivating!
Great work :D

Its a simple workout with the perfect balance of strength and endurance. But its not just that. The online community provides tremendous encouragement and accountability.

I like that it's structured. That's it finite. That it's simple. That it's accessible.

Send me to a gym, and I wouldn't have a clue. I need guidance which these simplefit workouts provide. I like that there are mini goals inherently built into the program.

And the peeps are good: kind, thoughtful, insightful, caring, and funny. Perfect.

I like that I can advise myself under the pretense of advising others!

Really, offering the pat on the back makes me feel almost as good as getting one!

Not one but two ways to track progress: reps and time. I've been working out off and on for 25 years and this is the best program I've found for both impressive results and not wasting your time. Period.
