Late entry for yesterday(jury duty)

W2 of L4D1= 32 rounds; Did the pull ups this time, no subs,. pull ups were with a reverse grip, did not hurt elbow at all, thanks hosedragger.

Today 9/6
Ab work
Treadmill- 35 min (5/20

Bike- 30 min 9 mile AM

Tread- 30 min PM. I cancelled this and decided to do L4D2.

W2 of L4D2= 4:06 plus additional 5 rounds ofthe same.

Jury duty. Yuck. I've been lucky so far and have never been given the civil responsibility.

I think his name is Hosedragger, like a firefigher. Horsedragger brings a funny image to my mind. Like some kind of Herculean rodeo cowboy :lol:

I got summoned once for jury duty, and was disappointed I never even got into jury selection. Just thought it would be interesting.

Not impressive at all.

Ab workout. (halfarss)

Twisted knee last evening after PM workout, playing flag football. Was not in the mood for tread or bike today.

Bear crawls sugg. from Admin.
Completed 5 rds as follows
75' Bear crawl sprint back to start; repeat= 1 round

Yur an animal man. Sweet numbers on L4! About the reverse grip, your very welcome. Varying your grip alot will save the elbows.

W3 0f L4D1= 34 rounds, 2 rounds better then last week. Did the workout later in the day felt a little slugish, but completed it. A little sore from yesterday ab routine.
