First I ran my usual route (2 walking breaks) time 18.16. Not great but still sore from the lunges I did Monday.
L1D2, time: 5.25 (3 min breaks in btw rounds). I only did real pushups today so definitely gained some time there. I can't believe how fast I'm improving, it's great :)

W3 L1D3 - 30 body rows, 21 pushups (10 x 2 + 1 :) ), 21 squats. Time: 5.24.
Tabata runs (4 min - 20 sec run + 10 sec rest).

Rest week. Did some running today.
Usual route, time: 18.20. Not good. Additional 20 min run (some walking).

Moved up to level 2, felt like I needed more challenge.
L2D1: 19 rounds, time: 19.30. Not great.
Then about 20 min run, well.. jogging maybe. Don't think it actually qualified as running today :roll: Felt really tired.

L2D2: Felt very sore today so went back to doing sub pushups. So did 5 rounds of 9 bodyrows, 24 sub pushups and 13 squats, 3 min breaks in btwn rounds. Time: 12.07.

Decided to go back to L1.
L1D1: 25 rounds :)
I'm quite happy with that considering I've been in bed with the flu for about a week and a half now, and I'm still not feeling my best. But it felt good to get back on track today :)
