I went through Day 1 and was able to complete 40 rounds in the 20 mins. I know that I need to move up but am wondering about where I should move up to for a challenge that is achievable. Where should I go?

If you want, finish out the week at up 1 or 2 levels and see how that goes.

Yes, L3 is probably the best if L1 is far too easy for you. L2 is not that much different from L1, but the additional pull-up on day 1 of L3 really makes a difference.

you want the workouts to take around 15 min, so keep adjusting.

New guy here.

Started L3D1. 31 rounds for 18:45. There was no more oxygen in the house to finish the last 2 minutes.

Pullups with double bars. A tad less pain in elbows and shoulders.
Substitued dead lift at 52 pounds for squats.
