I've been following workout 1 for 3 weeks already and I've seen AMAZING results ... I wasn't sure how efficient it would be, now I'm impressed. I like it so much, and appreciate how exhausted I feel after each workout, even if it's not THAT long. Every workout day I can't wait to get home and actually do it so that's why I was wondering ...
I'm 28, 5'9" 210 lbs , get around 7hrs of sleep per night and I try to eat just right :)
I used to weight around 170 lbs 2 years ago so I want to go back there ASAP and I'm ready to workout real hard to achieve my goal, but I was very afraid my muscles would suffer from overtraining
