I think its about time I got some goals down...
My initial goals have been to lose weight and generally get in better shape. I think I've pretty much accomplished those, although I could still stand to lose some bodyfat.
My new goals for the end of the year...
10 deadhang pullups
To help me reach these goals I'm gonna start adding some resistance to the D2 workouts. Pullups I'll probably leave alone for now but may start to add some weight, pushups I'll do with my feet on a chair, and for squats I have a couple of adjustable dumbbells with around 20lbs of weight each. I'll see how that feels, I may need to buy some more weight, maybe get a bar too.
