Well, I felt really ambitous so I tried the L2D3 routine today instead of the level one. I had to break the pullups in half. I did 7 overhand, then 26 pushups, 26 squats and then the last 6 as underhand pullups. It was pretty difficult and I finished in 3:45. Do ya'll normally take breaks in between to let your muscles rest on the day 3 routine for time? I was pretty difficult but felt great afterwards. I think that I will move up to level 2 and try it out for atleast a month to get my pull ups up to par. I'll let ya'll know how it comes out.
