timed it straight through including rest... 20:53

time 17:52 including rest

Rest week coming up and I'll be away so probably won't have a chance to workout.

Well, that was a slightly longer rest week than anticipated!

A repeat of my last workout from 2 weeks ago...

5 rounds for time
4 pullups
12 pushups
16 situps
20 squats

Been having a pretty crap couple of weeks and have only managed a few half-hearted workouts. Threw myself back into it yesterday with a 27 round L4D1. I'll be back on Tuesday with D2.

I missed logging a few workouts due to my crappy internet connection.

the entire workout was the following
for time
20/10/5 pullups
41/21/11 pushups
41/21/11 squats
41/21/11 situps
but I forgot to time it. HA! I think it was around 18 minutes.
