Didn't complete L5D3 last week. Kinda did that on purpose as I knew I would be well over time. Ran last night doing some sprints. Unsure of the distance but I was attempting to run 95-100% max capacity.
Did 3 rounds each with enough rest to get my breathing semi-normal (didnt time that)
14 OCT 2007
1st round- 1:43
2nd round- 1:41
3rd round- 1:47
I'll measure distance today and see. I figured the 3rd round was going to be a lot slower but for some reason I maintained pace. Thought I was gonna die before I finished.
*edit---- distance is .27 miles so right around 1/4 mile.... now if only I can keep that pace for a mile I'll be happy!
Anyway this week is supposed to be rest week but I'm going to get silly and try to do the Crossfit WOD's scaled down and see how that goes. So today is going to be:

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
most likely will be one of the two below. I'm doing it mostly for form but I'm also itching to see if I can do this.
Pack:
3 rounds for time
Run 400 m
35-45 dumbbell/kettlebell swings
12 pull ups
women 25#
Puppies:
3 rounds for time of
run 400 m
15-25# kettlebell/dumbbell swings
9 pull ups (jumping, assisted, or beginner pull ups)
