I seem to be back with it, I am up to 5 days of exercise everyday.
Did L5D1 tonight for 20 rounds. It was pretty tough, but I did it. I am now onto week 9 of simplefit. I looked back through the log, and my first workout was only 15 rounds at L1D1 only 8 weeks ago. Now in the same time it originally took me to do 15pullups, 30 pushups, and 45squats, I can do 60 pullups, 100pushups, and 160squats. Almost 4 times my original output for each exercise.
The logs and community really help to stay on track. Marking the calendar every day that I work out helps as well.
