Not sure if this is the right forum on simplefit for this question but...
I noticed that I get a little bit lightheaded and nauseous right after a workout. Especially once the heart rate comes down a bit. I am not sure if its because of a sudden lowering of blood pressure or not eating right before/after a workout.
I tend to workout about an hour after I wake up, before eating pretty much anything. I usually have a class of juice (100% fruit juice mix) or nothing before the workout and a full meal afterwards.
Can anyone recommend a strategy to avoid the comedown right after the workout?
