CAPTAIN: these running workouts are very difficult, I couldn't do the strength part afterwards. BUT I can confirm they help a lot with endurance during the strength workout. I did L5D2 yesterday and I remember the first time I did this level I was completely out of breath whereas this time I wasn't (doesn't mean it's easy though :) ). The most difficult running I did was the 15sec sprint based one (last one). Whoa :twisted: . But I really like full speed sprints.
