Ok, now my wife is showing some interest in the program, and is looking at home cardio equipment. She is comparing treadmills vs. recumbent bikes vs. elliptical machines on the Nautilus website. I like the treadmill myself, and I don't have alot of experience on the bikes or ellpticals. Personally, I can't stand the ellipticals. Heart rate is heart rate, and the only difference to me would be the impact on joints.
Anybody care to share their opinions?
