Hi rob!

Not at all a bad time. I found that D3s were easier to manage (not do - just manage) when I made note of, analyzed, and manipulated my rest times. I always stop and take a rest if I am losing form - then try next time to delay the need for rest and/or shorten the length of the rest.

Just a thought.

well after a few holiday parties(no booze) my second attempt at L1D1 was a failure. i quit at fifteen minutes. began to get some acid reflux  and damn near lost my lunch. so i gave up. i was at sixteen reps though and slowing down.
i realize this is all acounted to very poor nutrition the past 3 or 4 days. so backto basics tomorrow. eat proper and will repeat L1D1 on the 28th. wish me luck

You're on course! Nothing was more inspiring to me then the L1 to L6 progress my body made. Keep it going.

yeah its great knowing i can do 10 pushups and two full chins when only a month or so ago i could not complete a chin up and would struggle and i do mean STRUGGLE just to do 5 push up in a row. and i still look forward to the next workout. it might just be me playing tricks on myself but i think i see some progress in my arms. as in bigger. wish i had taken before measurements.
i going to drop back to level one for a week just for comparison then back to level two for a week then re-evaluate myself and decide if i should move up or stay at level two for a while longer.
