Hello
Hi and welcome !
That last workout must have been L1D1 then, right ? 23 rounds is pretty good.
Regarding levelling up : "If the workouts take longer than 30 minutes or less than 5 minutes, decrease or increase your level, respectively".
So you're pretty close
Nothing prevents you from trying Level 2 before though !
Have fun !

Hi,
yeah I guess I should have put L1 D1 (2nd Week) down instead
I'm just the type of person who wants to see an improvement over the same level as before. I got through 5 more rounds this week from last one so I was pretty pleased with that.
I think next week I'll Level up (as long as I can knock 20 seconds off my L1 D3 time of course). Chins are still my week spot, but hopfully they'll have progressed even more by then, as the D3 parts are a killer!!
Cheers!

L1 D2 (2nd week)
3mins 45 secs
I'm happy to see that I knocked off almost 30 seconds from last week, mainly because it confirms the fact that the 2nd time I did L1D1 and got 5 more rounds wasn't just the result of having a good day, it was that my body strength and endurance has really changed in a week.
Roll on D3!!

L2 D3
7 mins 30 secs
Found this one pretty tough.
I think I have learned a valuable lesson though. You're meant to train to 2 reps below failure ... and now I know why.
I trained to failure on my first set of reps for both the Chins and the Push Ups and I was left as weak as a kitten after that. For example, I did 4 chins first and it took me another 5 or 6 goes to finish the set, leaving me with a time of almost 3 and a half minutes for the one exercise beacsue of the amount of rest I need after each attempt!!
I'm a wiser man after this

L2 D1 (2nd week)
24 rounds
I was pleasantly suprised with this result, the most rounds I've done since I started the programme 4 weeks ago. I paced myself a bit better than usual and found out at the end that I'd done 1 more than I thought I had (I count each round by throwing a cd in the ground ... a bit unorthadox). I had almost 20 seconds left after I finshed my last full round, so it's a pity I hadn't moved a bit quicker through one of the previous rounds as I could have fit in another one.
Roll on Day 2!
