Flutterby's Rockstar Body Quest :D
My goal is to reach 140lbs by September '07 and then continue to trim down and muscle up over the following three months -- I anticipate perhaps another 5-10lbs of weightloss ending up at about 130-135lbs final goal
I am a 31 year old, 5'6" female and two weeks ago I began at 176 lbs.
I will have a rockstar body!

I'm keeping a nutrition and exercise log at www.rockinthesuburbs.wordpress.com Feel free to pop by and take a look and maybe leave a comment!
Right now I'm pretty much following the Simplefit exercise and nutrition plans to a "T". Paleo-type food, intermittent fasting. Adding HIIT cardio 5x/week and hitting the gym to do the Simplefit workout 3x/week.
I give myself a "cheat meal" after logging nine main "cavegirl" meals. Usually works out to Thursday evening and Sunday evening.
I've had some setbacks... a nasty bronchial infection kept me away from the gym for almost two weeks in total (it recurred and came back worse than before), but I kept up with the nutrition throughout and hopefully made some progress. I know that my core got an intense workout from all the coughing, let me tell you that!
I'm scheduled to update measurements this coming Sunday/Monday a.m. (I'm travelling that day and really want to be able to use my own scale for accuracy and consistency). For the first time in my long and varied dieting "career" I'm actually looking forward to this. Wow. What a change.
I will post some pictures in the next couple weeks. Give a girl some time to get to the hair stylist, right?? Unfortunately, I didn't take a "Before" picture, but I do have one from a year ago that pretty much is an accurate reflection of where I started at. Now, THAT picture... I may need to be slightly buzzed to post!
Not sure whether I'll post it or not.
