Hello all. Thought I would introduce myself before I started my log.
I am 6'4" 290 lbs. I was doing SimpleFit a few months ago, but then I hurt my shoulder and was not able to do any pull-ups or push-ups for quite a while. A few weeks ago I was finally able to slowly start up again. I took it easy at first (at least on the shoulder), because I did not want to injure myself again.
This week was my first week back where I was really able to push it. Although, I am using one of the weight assist machines for the pull-ups, because I am still babying it a little. All the other exercises are done properly. I have added a little bit to the push-ups and squats, which you can read about in my 'Explosions..." post: http://www.simplefit.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=886
Anyway, that is my long winded way of saying, here is what my first workout was like, lol:
L4 D1 21 rounds. (Doing explosions on both squats and pushups).
I am looking forward to seeing the progress in the next month or so.
