Thanks for the encouragement! I have excellent pushup days when I feel everything is aligned perfectly, and going down almost to the floor is a piece of cake (this usually happens on D1 or D2), and sometimes I feel like I'm ripping my sternum in half when I reach the bottom of a pushup. Onwards and upwards!
