Anyone ever try the Warrior Diet
? It sounds somewhat similar to the paleo diet only that most of your eating takes place in the evening, supposedly mimicking how humans hunted during the day and then came home, prepared the food and ate the most significant portion of protein/fats at night.
It's basically vegetables/fruits during the day in a controlled fasting, then whatever quality foods you want at night.
I'm interested in any criticism as I'm a firm believer in trying something out for yourself to know the truth, that's why I'm giving it 30 days to see how I feel. I've been on it for 2 days so far with no troubles. :D
