I missed day two because of family problems and school, but i got back into it with L5D3. I completed all of the repetitions in 9 minutes.
L5D1 I completed 13 sets in 15 minutes. I had to quit early because I needed to get ready for school.
My father did 11 sets in 12 minutes. Afterwards, he walked a mile
Thanks for the encouragement David. I understand completely about not losing your fitness. The lack of fitness isn't even hidden in my family. I am just striving to not fall back. My father did this and is wanting to lose weight, so I figure I will help him.
