So I have been doing a Crossfit bootcamp 5x a week for 3.5 week.
I have dropped weight (mentioned that on my other post) and can tell I'm getting stronger.
Did a final benchmark workout today... I did my first one and this one at 3/4 speed not aware that it was for a benchmark time. (D'oh!)
But I dropped my time by 1:21.00.
50 pull ups
50 push ups
65 sit ups
We have a week off so I will be doing simplefit which I will put in the workout log.
Just thought I'd share this.
