Hey Folks,

I just started this program last week and wanted to post my progress. Since I'd been doing calisthenics for a while, I started on L3 last week:

L3D1 - 25 rounds, L3D2 - 4:30, L3D3 - 4:59
L4D1 - 24 rounds

Hopefully I'll remember to post my logs regularly.

If you use the workout logging tool it helps because many people just copy paste the stored info from that if their forum posts fall behind.
