I stumbled across this site while searching for some bodyweight programs and figured I'd sign up. 36 year old male, 5'9"/175. Been crossfitting for the past 3 years or so, but am always looking for something different(I probably drank half of the Koolaid :wink: ). I'm big into functionnal fitness for the things I do out of the gym. Big into kayaking and average 100+ days/year. Into pushing limits while still going home each day. Love the mountains as well. I'm a professional firefighter in my 16th year of service. I also guide and instruct in seakayaking.
