Yesterday did a partial run of 1 mile or so with Maximus my husky with my wife trailing us on bicycle. Later that day, my neighbor finally got around to fixing our mutual fences, so we went to Home Depot and got the materials and started taking down the back fences... was a good workout.
Last night's weight < 170 lbs
This morning's weight ~ 168 lbs, which made my 22 week-pregnant wife upset, because very soon our weights are going to intersect, and she does not feel good about that
Anyhow, just finished a 30 min bike ride on my eBay won Trek 8000 bicycle, almost 10 years old rides still pretty well, and very light frame... now my legs even more sore than ever, not to mention my back feels pretty stiff too...
well, later, will be putting up rest of the fences... should be a good workout.
let hope I can keep this intensity up
