No, not really. I'm keeping a steady 75-76 kg at 180 cm. Food intake is admittedly less optimal than in summer, as I'm not too fond of salad when it's that cold outside. Still, I manage to eat mostly as recommended, and I drink a litre of milk a day.

However, even in summer (when my nutrition looked very good), I didn't gain weight/bulk up.

Do you have any ideas?

Was just reacting to the level down comment - if you are gaining weight (significantly) then pullup performance might suffer...

Do you want to bulk up? Eat more...

Thanks!

I felt like working out today, even though it's technically a rest day. So I settled for a workout which looked easy... should have known how deceptive looks are.

07.12.08

Ten rounds for time of:
10 x Deadlift
10 x Push-Up

First two rounds were 62,5 kg, rounds #3 and #4 were 52,5 kg, and the rest were 42,5 kg.

Total time: 25:50

Thanks.

10.12.08

Baby Fran instead of D2 today. Thought I should try it.

21-15-9 reps:
32,5 kg barbell thrusters
Pull-Ups

Total Time: 10:31 (blushes)

Thrusters and Shoulder Presses are definitely my weak point. Gotta do this more.

I'm doing shoulder presses (empty oly bar) as part of my warmup since they're one of my weaknesses.

Watch the Rippetoe vids on CF on Shoulder Presses (I think just Presses in the title.)

Keep it up!

That's a good idea. I'll do that.

For me personally - I find the "slight hip forward as the bar passes my face" verbal queue helps a ton.

Keep it up! (the bar that is!!)
