Hi everyone,
I'm a 30-something wife and mother of two looking to find my inner rockstar!! Well, at least the rockstar body.
I found SimpleFit through the CrossFit forums. It is exactly what I need to prep my body and core strength for the WODs in CrossFit.
I feel that I have about 40-50 pounds I'd like to lose and a whole bunch of energy, vitality and longevity to gain. I'm on board with the Paleo way of eating as outlined here and will be working towards narrowing the "food gap". Right now, I'm eating from about 8am - 7pm.
