Ok wow. Here is a thread on Crossfit. This guy listed all the bodyweight workouts. Thats enough challenge to last for some time.

That is a long list - and it isn't exhaustive.

I like Murph and Griff.

The last time I did Murph (scaled back a bit) I did it outside in the pouring rain from Hurricane Fay. It rained 2 - 3 inches during the time it took me to do it.

Griff is fun just because I like to run backwards. Perhaps a holdover from volleyball...

dont forget your 20 lbs vest...

I like the 50 lbs vest *cough.


Someday I'll wear it and take a picture. then put it down and back away slowly... hahahahahahaha.
