Last night I brought my timer to the gym and went for it.
Total 27 rounds. I should note that I am using an assisted pull-up machine at 50% of body weight. (because otherwise I would be stuck at my first pull-up for the full 20 mins!!) And push-ups were girl-style-- knees down. I pretty much worked through without much for breaks, but was definitely moving a whole lot slower by the end.
And, today... well, let's just say that I'm feeling some pain today. Good pain, though.
I hope to gain on the assisted pull-up. My goal is to be down to 30% of body weight by Level 4 and be able to go into CrossFit after Level 8 at a very minimal assist, if at all.
By Level 4, I will be attempting to do half of my push-ups at regular stance, and complete all at regular stance by the end of Level 8.
I hope these are reasonable goals.
