well, looks like i will have to do my long distance run tomorrow as my running partner has a chest infection. Darn it! :wink: Anyway, I had a lot of energy today so I did as follows:
L1D2: 5 rounds in 5min30sec....(now keep in mind, I am doing assisted pullups)
Ab Circuit: ball crunches 10repsx3, leg thrusts 10repsx3, v-set Hold for 10 secx3,
5 assisted pullups, 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 ball crunches }x3
Ab Circuit: 10 leg lifts on ball, 10 crunches on ball, 10 oblique crunches on ball }x3
biceps curls 15reps at 10 lbs, followed immediately with 10reps at 8lbs}x3
Ran 4 miles - 30 minutes.....OH, and i tried to do unassisted pullups - managed a whole whopping TWO.....woohoo!!!!!
Now time for a sleep.... :D
