Ok, we just finished L1 D2. Hubby did the pull-ups and I sub'd 6 bar rows. We also followed with abs (ball crunches, ball roll-outs, cross-body mountain climbers.)

Good job!

For abs - have you tried an abmat? I use this instead of crunches.
