Yikes
Yeah pic looks really bad...lol! Yeah I am trying to take it easy. I am used to regular workouts I joined the Y and got in pretty good shape. But thanx to economy and such I am no longer a Y member. Plus the holidays and working alot I lost alot of muscle. I really like this workout and the feelsing. I fortunetly naturally strong and big. At my thinnest a fews ago I was 6'2" and about 240. So I am excited to see what happens.

As far as your diet goes, here a few good places to do some reading:
Mark's Daily Apple
Regular updates. Upbeat, useful advice. There are links to popular articles down the right side. Read those.
His notion is that we should eat like our ancient ancestors. I'm not really convinced that we can really know how cave people ate, or that different "tribes" in different locations didn't eat very different diets, but he offers plenty of current scientific thinking on diet and...it is hard to argue with his results. (Keep in mind however that he started his current way of eating and exercising after a successful career as a distance runner and triathlete.)
I don't follow his diet to the letter, but I am veering that way.
Modern Forager
Low-carb, like MDA above. Good recipes and other advice.
The IF Life
I have not adopted Intermittent Fasting into my life, or even read much about it, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't!
Rather than visit each of these (and the other sites that interest me) every day. I use an RSS reader. Googe Reader to be precise. There are others: Netvibes, My Yahoo
Google Reader is the least slick-looking but the functionality is all there. It is the only one that shows pictures from the sites you add in a pleasing fashion.
