Well, I started my running tonight! I am really over wieght and am easing into it ! I found a good program on the Air Force Rerves website. Tonight
I just warmed up with a few minutes of neck rotation and arm swings and a real light lap around the track. The I walked for a good clip for 5 min. and then jgged really lightly for a minute, then 5 more walking and another minute jogging, and 5 minute walking again. Then a good slow lap at the end.It was really easy but a good way to ease back into it.
