When you say you intended these to be done in 3-week cycles, what exactly does that mean? Do you follow them according to what level you are on in the main workouts?
What I mean is -- if I'm working at L4 for the "normal" workout, is the regimen intended to be one week of L4 "normal," 1 week of L4 intermediate, then 1 week of L4 advanced? If you finish the normal L4D3 workout in under 5 minutes, would you move up to intermediate L5 the next week?
Sorry to be so obtuse -- it's probably clearly laid out somewhere, just figured I'd follow up to an existing post in the interest of subbing out some routines here and there. I do better with exercise when I'm told what to do than when I get all creative, for some reason...
