L5D3 OH MY GOD!!!!!!! That was soooo hard. I had to stop and put my head between my knees at 40 squats, because I thought I was going to throw up. We both managed it in under 5 minutes, but I have a feeling next week will be the wall that takes time to get over.
Me: 4 minutes 48 seconds
Hubby: 4 minutes 23 seconds
We followed with abs (kick-outs, twisted kick-outs, reverse crunches, straight-leg cross body sit-ups) and then went for a 3.6 mile walk.
It was L6D3 (96 body rows, 64 push-ups, 64 squats) today. Not as bad as last week. I think the "rest" week was not good for me; it just seemed harder to get back into my rhythm, but maybe I did this week. I still felt like I was going to throw up after, but made it through.
Me: 4 minutes 55 seconds
Hubby: 4 minutes 35 seconds
We followed with abs (leg raises, cross-body mountain climbers, sit-ups passing a weight back and forth.)
It is day one, once again. I know I said this last week, but I think this will be the week we get stuck on for a while. Going up in all 3 (12 body rows, 8 push ups, 12 squats) was much harder endurance wise. Normally, I feel great until about 20 and then start getting tired, today it was around 12. Oh well :)
