Think I'm getting a sinus infection or something going to take it easy and not workout this week.. It should have been my easy week anyways. Will get back at it next week. Thinking about starting a running program along with this.

Finally back! I 've have been feeling better and am back to working out. I started back at level 3 day 1 and did 28 rounds again. Same as last time i did workout, but figuring a week off and not so great rest and diet Thought I was going to KC tonight after work and did workout in morning. So was a little tired. BUt not a bad return.

Lol! I hear you I'm in Missouri and this weather is killing me. One day it's cold and snowing, then its 68 and sunny. For some reason it is making me sick at every shift. Dosent help i work outside either. So I was back at it today. I did l3 d2 in 5:08 not sure how good it is. But it s not about perfection but progress.

PS thanks VBM for the suggestion and help.

Keep at it - I've been there!

I got out in the yard last weekend and worked on my tan. The week prior we had highs in the low 30s. Up Down Up Down!

URGH!

Good job!

The ear infection, got it. Bronchitis, got it.

This has been the sickest 6 month stretch for me in a while. Reason? 5-year-old in kindergarten bringing it all home!

Well, I started my running tonight! I am really over wieght and am easing into it ! I found a good program on the Air Force Rerves website. Tonight
I just warmed up with a few minutes of neck rotation and arm swings and a real light lap around the track. The I walked for a good clip for 5 min. and then jgged really lightly for a minute, then 5 more walking and another minute jogging, and 5 minute walking again. Then a good slow lap at the end.It was really easy but a good way to ease back into it.
