As I said in my goals, I just finished my freshman year of college, with all of the added weight and out-of-shape-ness that it entails, and I'm looking to drop back into a healthy weight and get back in shape, hopefully to start rock climbing again (these piles of pullups with DEFINITELY help me with that goal).
Starting stats (as of a few weeks ago, before I started):
male, 19 years old, 5'4"
waist ???, weight: 150ish pounds
(after a few weeks of watching what I eat, and 2 weeks of working out):
still male! still 19! still 5'4" (sigh)
still no idea what my waist size is.
141 pounds (yay!)
BF 19.8% on a cheap electronic scale thing. Probably not accurate.
I finished L1 this week (2'29" day 3) and I'm looking forward to tackling level 2 next week. This is fun...
