Charlotte's Log

Post by charsimp » Thu Nov 27, 2008 8:06 am

I am relatively new to Simplefit. I started recently as I generally like to keep in shape, but my boyfriend is very into Crossfit and thought I would give something similar, and more my level a try!

I started the workouts on Level 3 and have gradually increased to Level 8 - however, using push up subs (knees) and pull up subs. I am improving my strength and conditioning until I am able to do real push ups and pull ups and then will begin from level 1 again.

On Saturday 22 Nov I completed Level 8 Day 3 in 12 minutes 3 secs

This isn't the usual place you would find someone asking you this, but as I regulary do simplefit, and sometimes post my logs on here, I'm regulary checking so thought that you could help me with something.

I'm currently studying art graphics, and have manipulated some road signs and need feedback from the public for my coursework as to how you see them. Whether you find them offensive, funny, you don't understand them etc..

And I was wondering how many of you would be willing to help me out by just giving me some feedback once I've posted them on simplefit.

What do you think? Would you be willing to do this for me?

Thanks

Hi Charlotte,
I would recommend either setting yourself up on Facebook or starting a blog on blogspot. That way you can have a forum dedicated to you and your work. Both are free and simple to set up. I find Facebook to be almost viral on how people find you and get in contact. I'm sure you can get lots of feedback their.
Facebook is http://www.facebook.com.

Hope this helps!
Regards,
Bill
