Rear Deltoids

I've been doing shoulders or deltoids for awhile now, but I noticed that my rear deltoids aren't worked out as much. Can anyone recommend some primary rear deltoid workouts? Thank you.

The primary purpose of this site is functional fitness ala crossfit not body building, you may want to post that on a body building site. From a functional fitness lens the body is a single unit and should be worked and developed as one. Why not focus on getting you pull up numbers up rather than isolating specific muscles?

Oh that's right, I remember that now. My mistake. I'm gonna try a workout where I do 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, and 20 curls.

I would lose the curls as well the pull ups should have you covered, and don't forget the squats.

Oh okay, well the thing is, I heard that squats stun your growth if you're not older than 18. Or is it that if it's done right, it won't stun your growth?

I have never heard that, post on the cross fit board and see what people say, seems very unlikely to me.

The growth stunting thing is completely impossible if you do unweighted squats as is suggested on this website. The only way that could happen would be based on the compression of the spine during weighted squats, and even that is by no means clear. So, unweighted squats are completely safe growthwise.
