body weight Fitness Goals

My primary goal at this point is to get to the point where normal everyday stuff (like getting in my car :? ) isn't difficult for me. Very subjective, but very functional and functional seems to be big around these parts.

Long term, be at the fitness level of those dudes in 300.

Hi !

I think your goals are fine. You have both a mid-term and a long-term goal.

It reminds me of a book I read by Mike Horn, the explorer. I have noticed he has a mental picture of where he wants to go, and he keeps it with him all the time, it becomes a magnet for him. He is not obsessed with it though as this attitude would be counter productive. He just keeps going, step after step.
