I did a circuit of just over 30mins, alternating 12 burpees, 3 pullups and 5 pushups.
I increased the burpees to 12 and reduced the pushups to 5, but did normal, wide, diamond, hindu pushups and dips alternately.
I completed 23 rounds which amounted to:
115 pushups/dips etc
3 x 15 reverse crunches
3 x 5 bridge pushups
I weighed myself a couple of hours after my workout having fed and watered and my weight was dead on 77kgs (about 170lbs). I last weighed myself on May 6th when I was 80kg (roughly 176lbs). I have lost approximately 6lbs in 8days which is damn good methinks. The scales I use are electronic so are pretty accurate! I put it down mainly to the number of burpees I've done since I started working out regularly again.....1,437 since 23rd April.
I should also say that my diet is improving too...I've almost eliminated white bread and most processed/packaged foods. If I have pasta I only eat fresh stuff and drink lots of water!!
