Making it public to help keep me honest. I'm a typical on-again, off-again fitness guy, back to on-again and permanently! So wish me luck.
Been heavily involved in fitness in the past (sports, Marines, police), have read all the Simplefit material, am a big fan of CrossFit, and have dreams of changing careers and being full time fitness pro one day.
For now, let the workouts begin! Not obese or frail, but been off for a while so starting at just the basic Level 1 with some random supplements thrown in like jump rope, etc.
