Newibie Question: SimpleFit for Core Strength and Balance.

Hi all,

I stumbled across SimpleFit while searching for stuff I can do at home to supplement my Martial Arts training.

I was wondering if SimpleFit would be able to help with core strength and balance for what would be required in Martial Arts. I find my balance is lacking.

Core strength - definitely. Supplement with balance training. I find that one of the most effective moves for core strength and some balance is the weighted overhead squat. If you are made to do these with proper form, not much can beat them.
