I am 22 years old male about 6'2 and 187 pounds. I have been doing weightlifting for about 3 years. I was really skinny at the start. ( couldnt do one single pullup and 5 consecutive pushups ). Starting from 167 pounds I have gained about 30 pounds and hit 200 pounds this year.
Things happened, and I stopped going to gym this April. Well I realized that my body was going backwards, right where it started. So i decided to stop that. I had 4 packs Just a month ago :(
Since I can not afford the gym right now i needed a workout program that would keep me fit and that wouldn't consume my time and money.
Yesterday I found this site, and decided to give a shot.
This morning I started with L1D1 and did pullups on a goalpost of a football field.
Started with warmups on basketball court, some layups, shoots, streching etc.
L1D1 = 36 repeats ( took 10-15 secs rests after 20th repeat)
My goal is to reach L8D3 at the end of this summer. Well, that's it for today.
